Austen Kroll's Girlfriend Madison LeCroy Speaks out on His Alleged Cheating

Austen Kroll kicked off Season 6 of Southern Charm with a new lady in his life, Madison LeCroy. Though things seemed to be going swimmingly for the couple, we soon found out they've already had to face a major challenge in their relationship.

Rumors spread around town that Austen was unfaithful to Madison, and that a video from the night in question was circulating.

When Madison appeared in the audience of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen Wednesday night, she explained a little bit more about how that video came to be, which you can check out, above. Madison also noted that Austen denies cheating on her, although she believes he did.

Austen addressed the video during a recent interview with ET. "So, I guess what I can say is that was very early on [in our relationship]," he said. "[That was] Madison and I trying to figure out what we were. We both hadn’t done the, you know, 'you’re my girlfriend, and you’re my boyfriend' talk, right?"

He then went on to say they "definitely were both trying to push it to see how much the other person cared."

"'I’m going to go out tonight and I’m not going to talk to her,'" Austen explained. "'See if that bothers her,' or vice versa."

Austen told ET that Madison made it seem like she wanted some space because she had an ex who would never leave her alone. "So, I busied myself and it didn’t turn out so well," he shared. "Because she showed up the next day and was like, 'Wait! I want to talk things over.'"

Austen said that he still doesn't really know what happened between him and the two women Madison found in his apartment.

Madison confirmed to Andy Cohen that she did cheat on Austen in retaliation. "I said, 'Well, it looks to me like [a] hall pass. I can do whatever,'" she said.

However, that's not exactly how it went down, according to Austen. He tweeted Wednesday night that Madison "lied to me and begged the guy to not tell me about her indiscretion."

Shep Rose had something to say about the whole ordeal during the Southern Charm Season 6 premiere, expressing his disapproval of Austen's alleged cheating but especially of Madison's revenge hook-up. "I don't respect what he did, but I totally don't respect what she did," Shep said during the episode.

Shep later took to Twitter to clarify his comments about Austen and Madison after Chelsea Meissner said it sounded "like the good old boy thing where it's OK for a guy to do that."

"I was not expressing a good old boy mantra," Shep explained. "Simply stating that if one person cheats, and the couple decides to stay together. The other person should not hook up with other people as 'pay back.' Break up if you want to hook up with others."

Shep's comments about the couple didn't come as a shock to Madison. "I am not surprised," she said on WWHL. "I think he's very bitter for some reason towards me, which is fine. It is what it is."

Austen and Madison were able to move past this difficult time in their relationship and are still together today.
