We Have a Major Update on Family Karma's Brian Benni and Monica Vaswani

Brian Benni and Monica Vaswani gave us major "will they or won't they?" vibes in Season 1 of Family Karma. After years of friendship going back to when they were just kids, Brian expressed to Monica that he had developed romantic feelings for her. However, Monica shared that she wanted to remain just friends with Brian.

Fast forward to the upcoming Season 2 of Family Karma, which premieres on Wednesday, June 2 at 9/8c, and a lot has changed for Brian and Monica. In the above preview of the Family Karma Season 2 premiere exclusive to Bravo Insider, Brian revealed that he and Monica are now dating — but it's not the Monica you think.

"It was a blow to my ego, but there's plenty of Monicas out there," Brian said about being friendzoned.

Brian goes on to reveal that he is now dating a different Monica, Monica Shah. "Who would have ever thought your boy would be in a serious relationship?" he shared. "But we've been dating for like six months. She lives in Tampa. She's a doctor."

As for Monica Vaswani, she is also in a new relationship with Rish Karam, who joins the Family Karma cast for Season 2. However, Rish is not new to this Miami social circle as he also goes way back with Brian and Monica.

Brian reveals what he really thinks of Monica's new boyfriend in the above clip. Brian's mom, Dharma, also isn't holding back when it comes to Monica, sharing some comments that raise her son's eyebrows at his 29th birthday celebration with his family. Check it out in the above clip.
