When it was revealed that The Real Housewives of New York City's Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, and Tinsley Mortimer all share a past connection to the same former American Idol contestant during the August 13 episode, some fans began to speculate who that guy is. Well, a contender has come forward.
A rep for American Idol Season 4 contestant Constantine Maroulis gave a statement to Us Weekly on August 14: “The ladies certainly were discussing Constantine on RHONY last night. They were probably listening to his new album. Constantine Maroulis’ relationship with Tinsley was well documented several years ago. Constantine performed with Luann as part of her holiday tour last year and has enjoyed a friendship with Ramona as well. Constantine has great love and respect for them, considers each of them dear friends.”
In the August 13 episode, Dorinda Medley shared her thoughts on the connection the ladies have with him: "God, how do you guys all find the same men? Where am I? Home in bed."
Over the years, Constantine has been spotted with the RHONY ladies, with photos popping up on social media after the episode aired. He's also appeared in the background of RHONY and attended a party for Bethenny Frankel's Skinnygirl brand, according to Us Weekly.
Actually, American Idol was a hot topic earlier this season as well, when it was noted that Luann wearing a wig with bangs looks a lot like Katharine McPhee.
