Heather Bilyeu Altman is adjusting to her "new norm" during self-quarantine. While restaurants are closed, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent and her husband Josh are trying to replicate their favorite dishes at home. And since hitting an outside gym isn't an option, Heather's squeezing in some virtual fitness classes at home — and her workout dedication shows.
After sharing that she and Josh are following online workouts led by a Miami-based trainer, Heather flashed her chiseled abs in an April 30 Instagram Story. Clutching her baby Ace on one hip, the real-estate pro looks insanely fit in a cut-out bra top from sustainable brand Wolven. She paired the printed bralette with matching bottoms, and pulled her blonde hair back into a casual ponytail. (Her eyebrows, we might add, are maintaining their shapeliness even in quarantine.)
