Quad Tells Kari to Fly Like a Bird

Mariah and Kari attend a wine tasting to choose beverages for their husbands' joint birthday party.

Mariah is not impressed with this wine; nor is she impressed with Kari's wine lingo.

Jacqueline's excited to be planning a Breast Cancer Awareness walk AND gift bags for women going through treatment.

There's some special lotion in there. Very special lotion.

Toya and her husband Eugene look over the land upon which their dream home will someday sit.

"Yes, it says big. That's what it's supposed to say." Toya is ecstatic to start floor plans.

Eugene is less enthused, and jokingly suggests that Toya get a job.

Jacqueline hopes her family is using a healthy salad dressing.

Her husband looks at her like she's crazy. If you're having a salad, does the dressing need to be low-calorie?

Dr. Jackie's husband and daughter can only laugh at super-healthy Mom.

Kari is upset that she has to re-invite Quad to the joint birthday party.

But, Dr. Wells raises a good point: it's important to remain friends with this small circle of doctors and their families.

Quad is open to meeting with Kari and trying to hash out their issues -- with Mariah's support of course.

Simone's sister has come to visit from Virginia, and she comes bearing... awesome clothes!

Simone wins the weigh-off challenge. For the first time ever, she weighs less than her sister.

Simone celebrates appropriately. Luckily, her sister takes it all in stride.

Toya discusses her vision for her new house with a builder. Yes, a swim-up beach in her pool is on the table.

Dr. Jackie speaks passionately about receiving her breast cancer diagnosis, and fighting her way back to healthy.

Simone struggles to hold back tears as she listens to Jackie's emotional story.

Simone's sister is forced to spit out Cecil's chili sauce into the sink. That stuff is HOT.

Simone can't hold back laughter. She's just winning today, isn't she, between the weigh-off and the hot sauce?

Dr. Jackie explains to Quad that fuchsia lanyards indicate breast cancer survivors.

Quad is taken aback. She didn't know that Jackie is a survivor, and her respect for the doctor has only grown.

Simone opts to watch the walk rather than participate. (We understand... 30 miles sounds tough!)

Dr. Jackie finishes off the walk with an empowering speech for women undergoing treatment (and their supporters) everywhere.

Quad and Mariah love Dr. Jackie's speech, and are in the front row to give their full support.

Mariah is excited to get Quad back into the doctors' wives mix.

Quad is ready to bury the hatchet with Kari and move forward.

Kari accepts Quad's apology, and the two are ready to try at a friendship.

It's another coup for Mariah's amazing skills at bringing people together. Can't wait for the party!
