Assistant Andrew Serrano proved to be a great source of office comic relief. Even though Robyn didn't seem to be amused, we certainly were. From the moment he flashed those Britney Spears tats (lyrics from "Stronger," obvi) to the final montage showcasing his love for all things tanning-related, Andrew "Tandrew" Serrano was a welcome burnt sienna in a sea of all black. He ultimately opted out of a life at the Rev, but it was fun while he lasted.

The first four episodes of "Kell on Earth" had a big gray cloud looming over them, and that foggy entity was employee Stephanie Vorhees. Her constant complaining, bewildered jaw-drops, and all around unhappiness were more trouble for the Rev (well, mostly Stef Skinner) than she was worth. After another assistant was fired for partying on the job, Vorhees felt the tension brewing and realized she was next on the chopping block. She confronted Emily and basically asked to be fired on the spot. A small step for a disgruntled assistant, one giant leap for People's Revolution.

When the crew heads to London Fashion Week, Kelly meets up with old flame (and Ava's dad) Ilario. The pair reunite to hang out and the chemistry is palpable. Sexy, sweet, and European - could you ask for more? We knew Kelly had good taste but... wow!

The outspoken Ms. Kelly Cutrone doesn't hold back very often and she's not afraid to talk about sex (baby). When her doctor's shy receptionist said she had never used a vibrator, Kelly, like any good patient, headed to her friendly neighborhood sex toy shop to help a sista out. She even picked up some lube for her employees! Let's hear it for women's lib.

Skinner and Emily weren't exactly seeing eye-to-eye when they butt heads in a tearful blowout at the Rev. But the waterworks soon dried up when they worked together at an INA MEN store launch event, and teamed up to solve a pesky alcohol shortage. It was great to see these two work it out like the warriors they are. Team Revolution!

Kelly's daughter Ava became a bona fide scene-stealer this season. From insightful gems like "Wal-Mart, the enemy of Target" to wanting to sit front-row at Fashion Week (she's 7!), it was obvious: The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Sure, it's great fun to watch Kelly yell at interns for not labeling gift bags correctly, but it was also a treat to see her softer side and all the things she does for her daughter. Kelly Cutrone at a Jonas Brothers concert? Yes, please. Where's that footage?

When Kelly takes Andrew to a meeting with milliner extraordinaire Stephen Jones, the ultimate mad-hatter tea party ensues. After the gang tries on some delectable hats and sips some beverages, Andrew makes his way to a glorious black felt crown. Naturally, being the Prince of Darkness, he drops some hints... "Do you wanna just send me free crown?" might have been the one of the best quotes of the season.

What would this show be without Andrew Mukamal, Kelly's kilt-wearing, Darth Vader- voiced assistant? His "glam/goth/grunge" fashion sense is downright drool-worthy and his one-liners are pretty much gold. The perfect yin to Skinner's type-A yang, Andrew offered poor "Skins" a break from the madness, and some of the best moments were when the overworked pair were just chillin'. Andrew's fabulously spooky Addams Family soiree was definitely a standout scene. It not only showed us proof that life exists outside of the Rev, but it gave Skinner a much-needed chance to get all dolled up and flash a smile. Girl, you deserve it.

After Vorhees' early exit, the staff was in desperate need of a new hire. Thankfully Andrew found the perfect gal for the job and gave the position to her on the spot. But after some Twitter exploration, Skinner discovered that the new hire was tweeting about her interview. That's a People's Rev no-no. Tweeting about your new job (and possible reality-show stint) in real time is clearly unacceptable behavior, and Skinner wasn't having it. She promptly called the naïve newbie to tell her she was no longer needed. Cue the too-little-too-late "Omigod I'm soooo soorrrrry" plea on the other end of the line. Lesson to the aspiring PR assistants out there (and anyone else, for that matter): Do not tweet your job interview!

When Skinner and Andrew plan Kelly's birthday extravaganza they hatch a little plan to go on a free cake tasting... You can't just ask for free cake, so the pair decides to pretend to be a married couple getting ready for their wedding. Skinner needs a ring, so - like any good gentleman - Andrew gets down on one knee! The cake ends up saying 'Mr. and Mrs. Mukamal' on it but it's a small price to pay for some free food and good clean fun.
