Something Went Wrong with Kim Zolciak-Biermann's 43rd Birthday Cake
The Don't Be Tardy mom was wowed by her gorgeous pink ombré cake, but there was just one (hilarious) little issue.
Whether it's an epic Christmas tree cake, a candy corn cake, or custom birthday cakes, no occasion in Kim Zolciak-Biermann's house is complete without an incredible confection. So, of course, for the Don't Be Tardy mom's 43rd birthday, her family treated her to a jaw-dropping cake — but the delivery didn't exactly go according to plan.
"We left the cake in the warm car too long," Brielle Biermann captioned an Instagram Story video showing the icing had melted off of part of the cake. "Oops."
Although Brielle declared that another side of the cake was still "decent," that may have been putting it lightly. Decorated with white and pink roses, bows, ribbon, and a sparkling crown topper, the stunning dessert was incredibly elegant. Although most of the cake was still intact, Kim took a moment to poke fun at her oldest daughter, writing in an Instagram Story, "Way to go Brielle," alongside a crying Emoji.
The week has been full of celebrations for Kim. On May 19, Brielle took to Instagram to document some of the family members out to dinner at Seagar's restaurant in Destin, Florida. The group ended the night on a sweet note, with the eatery's bananas foster.
Just weeks prior, Kim's kids surprised her with an over-the-top sign for Mother's Day with touching messages including "Happy Mother's Day," "We [heart] You," and "Best Mom Ever." On an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that night, Brielle praised Kim, saying, "She is very giving, she is kind, very selfless, loving, very involved mother... She is the best mom ever."
