NBCUNIVERSAL SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS OF SERVICE – Bravo Insider 

These NBCUniversal Supplemental Terms of Service for Bravo Insider (“Supplemental Terms”) apply to your enrollment for or use of the Bravo Insider service and all Content made available therein (the “Services”). The Supplemental Terms include the NBCUniversal Terms of Service (“NBCU ToS”), and any other documentation, policies or guidelines that we may provide in writing. Capitalized terms not defined below will have the meanings given to such terms in the NBCU ToS. 

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND AND ABIDE BY THESE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS, INCLUDING THE NBCU ToS, AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH DESCRIBES OUR PRIVACY PRACTICES IN DETAIL AND IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE.  

We may modify these Supplemental Terms and encourage you to check back here from time to time for any modifications we may make to these Supplemental Terms.

To the extent there is a conflict between these Supplemental Terms (including the NBCU ToS) and the information in the Bravo Insider Help Center, these Supplemental Terms will prevail with respect to such conflict. 

1. Use of the Services 

1.1. License. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal and non-commercial use, and only in accordance with these Supplemental Terms. 

1.2. Use Restrictions. You may not scrape, repackage, reproduce, republish, recirculate, offer for sale, sell, create derivative works from, integrate into other products or services, or otherwise share with others (whether for profit or commercial gain or not), the Bravo Insider Content or any other data from the Services. You may not use the Services to create, offer or promote any competitive services. 

2. Modification, Suspension and Cancellation of the Services 

2.1. Termination. We reserve the right to discontinue the Services at any time. In such an event, we will provide you with a prorated refund of any prepaid Fees (as defined below) based on the remaining time of your subscription period. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Bravo Insider account in our sole discretion without prior notice and without any obligation to provide a refund of prepaid Fees. 

2.2. Modification. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion without prior notice, to make changes to the Services, including any cancellation of offerings, Content, or benefits. The availability of Content offered at the time you register for Bravo Insider may not reflect the Content that will be offered throughout your subscription. 

3. Accounts 

3.1. Accounts Creation. In order to use some of the features of the Services and to enroll in a subscription to the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for ensuring that (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. We may choose to suspend or terminate your account at any time in our sole discretion, including if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Supplemental Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your login credentials or access to the Services with anybody or create more than one account. 

3.2 Eligibility. The Services are for users who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the 50 United States or District of Columbia. You may not access, use, or enroll in the Services if you are outside of those jurisdictions or are barred from receiving the Services under these Supplemental Terms or the NBCU ToS or by applicable law. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo (e.g., Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria), and (ii) your access to and use of the Services will comply with the United States export control and economic sanctions requirements. 

4. Privacy 

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process and use your data, and you acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is subject to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.
