So, Kylie Jenner Made a T-Shirt of Her Bikini Body
It's a shortcut to getting the mogul's selfie-ready physique.
Earlier this summer, Kylie Jenner and her sister Kendall faced major backlash over a T-shirt line that superimposed the sisters' faces over images of music legends like Tupac and Pink Floyd. So for Kylie's latest T-shirt launch, she is sticking with subject matter that she knows. That's bikini selfies, of course.
Kylie takes a lot of swimsuit snaps, as InStyle notes, and now an image of Kylie's bikini-clad body is being printed on shirts for her Kylie Shop. Just her body—no face.
This shirt is the Kardashian-Jenner version of those cartoon bikini coverups you see at T-shirt shops on the boardwalk.
If you want to get all matchy-matchy, the Kylie Shop is naturally selling the exact high-cut bikini Kylie wore in the photos too. It's available in all three colors.
We have so many questions on this shirt, though. Namely, how much will each T-shirt cost when the line drops on August 24th at 9:00 a.m. PST? The "vintage" Kendall and Kylie tees cost $125.
Secondly, will this line sell out like so many of Kylie's other products? The 20-year-old is a mogul: trade mag Women’s Wear Daily reports that her Kylie Cosmetics line made $420 million in retail sales in just 18 months. If these tees are a hit, than clearly Kylie can slap her name—or body—on just about anything and make a fortune.
