Amanda Seyfried Refuses To Wear THIS At Her Wedding
"I've worn so many of them."
From everything we've read, Amanda Seyfried doesn't seem like the most traditional kind of girl. (Which other movie star raises chickens and goats?) So, it's hardly surprising that the beauty doesn't plan to walk down the aisle in a same-old white dress.
The 31-year-old, who's expecting her first bambino, is engaged to actor Thomas Sadoski. And when the duo ties the knot, don't expect to see Amanda wearing the virginal hue. "I got married so many times in my life—on screen!," she told Vogue Australia, which she covers for February. "I don't want a white dress! I've worn so many of them. You know what I mean?" Indeed, Amanda's played a bride in Mamma Mia, Les Miserables, and other flicks.
And it's not only onscreen that the actress has worn a bridal gown. Her look at the 2015 Met Gala was actually a wedding dress designed by Riccardo Tisci.
Amanda's not the only celeb to eschew a white wedding lately. When she hot hitched in October, Girls star Zosia Mamet chose a black cocktail dress by Givenchy. "It definitely wasn’t the most epic in terms of the dress’s power on its own, but it fit me like a glove in every way, and I knew, without a doubt, that it was my dress," she told Vogue. "That was it, I bought it off the rack.” See that? When you know, you know.
