With its minimalist packaging and on-trend products, CYO is comprised of more than 160 products and get this...they all cost less than eight bucks. “CYO is challenging the norms of how beauty products are used—we’re giving make-up a shake up,” Lauren Consiglio, Americas Category Director overseeing CYO Cosmetics, said in a press release. The idea being that thanks to the low price points, consumers will be encouraged to experiment with the products, which range from classic eyeliners to super pigmented shadows that can easily double as face paint, and bold lipsticks.
“This is for the new generation of beauty lovers who want to create and re-create the many versions of themselves, we’ll never say ‘do this’ or ‘look like that’, instead we’ll produce high-quality, functional products that let them experiment and have fun,” said Cosiglio.
