On May 8, Us Weekly revealed the exciting news that the Below Deck Mediterranean chief stew's boyfriend of four years proposed earlier this month.
While describing the special moment, Aesha told the outlet, “Homunga Bay was my dream place to get engaged, but I had no idea it was coming and was totally surprised."

Us Weekly notes that Scotty worked with jewelry designer Layla Kaisi to create Aesha's engagement ring, which features a round-cut diamond center set within a medley of accent diamonds. The design is meant to represent each member of Aesha’s family, and the champagne diamond accent is in honor of Aesha's late brother.

In March, Aesha and Scotty took another big step in their relationship when they bought a house together.
"After five months of offers and hopes going up and then down, having been conditional three times, and still living out of suitcases on the floor we have finally gone unconditional on a place we both ADORE!!!!!!" Aesha captioned a March 8 Instagram post that showed her and Scotty holding a "Sold" sign. "We both felt at home the moment we walked in the door!!!" she gushed. "Low-key, open, light, wooden floors, big deck, very happy. Feeling chuffed all of our hard work and savings have given us a place to call home."
Aesha Scott opens up about her relationship with Scotty Dobson
In a July 2023 interview with The Daily Dish, Aesha raved about her relationship.
"Scott and I are just better than ever, I absolutely love the sh-t out of that man. He's so wonderful," she said at the time. "He's definitely, you know, he's the person. We'll get married and have kids and all of that, for sure, eventually."
