Kim Kardashian (Finally!) Speaks About The Split With Stylist Monica Rose
It's a half-answer, really.
For those keeping track at home, here's where we left Khloe Kardashian's recent, abrupt split with longtime stylist Monica Rose: all the Kardashian-Jenners had unfollowed Monica on social media (telling), and Page Six reported rumors that Khloe might sue her former stylist. It's all very mysterious, and none of the parties involved had spoken publically, until now.
Leave it to Andy Cohen to try to get to the bottom of things. During his last Watch What Happens Live With Any Cohen show from Los Angeles, Andy convinced Kim to play a round of Plead the Fifth. Of course, his very first question off the bat asked Kim for the real reason Monica is no longer in the Kardashian-Jenner universe.
Kim hesitated and shifted in her chair, but she eventually went in. "You know what, I haven’t worked with her in maybe four years, so my reason is not connected to this," Kim said. She also explained that despite what she's heard to the contrary, Monica played no part in her Kanye/Yeezy-esque makeover.
"I needed a new vibe," she said. "Why everyone else? You’re going to have to ask them." She continued: "You’d have to ask Khloe and Kendall and Kylie and the girls."
"I look forward to that opportunity," Andy said. Yes, please, Andy, keep digging on this. The truth is out there!
