Lisa Vanderpump Is Taking You on an Exclusive, Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Tom Tom
Who better to share Tom Tom's insider secrets than the Vanderpump Rules restaurateur?
Tom Tom is at last officially open! Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval's new West Hollywood restaurant and bar with Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd flung open its doors to crowds of uber-excited guests earlier this month. But if you haven't gotten a chance to peek inside yet ... here's your chance!
Press play on the video above to watch Vanderpump Rules' restaurant mogul Lisa offer a tour of the space herself, along with designer Nick Alain, "the maestro that created so much of the stuff in here," she explains. On the tour, glimpse Tom Tom's signature feature: a gorgeous bar backdrop with moving clock mechanisms. Lisa calls it an "absolutely extraordinary bar — I’ve never seen anything like it.” Plus, there's a bonus: The clock moves backward, "so you get younger" while you're enjoying the evening!
Then, walk with LVP through the opulent front room with its shots-only bar, into the back patio, a truly stuffing alfresco space that Schwartz had previously described to The Feast aptly as the "hanging gardens of West Hollywood." Lisa shows off the rustic seating with grand fireplace and succulents everywhere within the the open-air space, which has views of the iconic Pacific Design Center as well as West Hollywood Park. "Nick and I decided that we couldn’t find anything we liked in outdoor lights, so this is what we created," Lisa says, while showing off an open ceilingscape dotted with crystal chandeliers suspended by chains, and hanging baskets festooned with moss.
Overall, Lisa describes Tom Tom as "industrial romantic" with a masculine feel... "and throw a little pink there — that’s my trademark.”
