Here's Everything Stassi Schroeder and Boyfriend Beau Clark Are Doing in Italy
The #PumpRules pal is doing Italy her way — with copious food and a special surprise from Mother Nature.
When in (or, um close to) Rome, live it up. And be sure to sample the local sips! That's exactly what Stassi Schroeder and her boyfriend Beau Clark are doing in Italy as we speak. For the past several days, the Vanderpump Rules pal has been sharing snippets from her international trip on Instagram Stories. So of course, we blame Stassi for our sudden need for salumi, Aperol Spritzes, and cobblestone streets.
It appears that the lovebirds are staying with Beau's family, and hopping from town to town sampling local delicacies. They've had pizza in Verona, cocktails and salumi in Desenzano del Garda, and some sangria and chocolate cupcakes (frosted with Stassi's initials!) along the way.
The couple has also explored cobblestone streets, "next-level" cemeteries, and caught a full rainbow arching over the water — a first for the whole crew! They've even "bullied" some Italians into trying cocktails... for breakfast.
