Which Top Chef Just Made the Short List in the Running to Be Named “Sexiest Chef Alive?”
This former Bravo's Top Chef competitor is easy on the eyes, and yes — can really cook, too.
People's annual "Sexiest Man Alive" showdown is a much-discussed — and often controversial — battle. But did you know about the pub's "Sexiest Chef Alive" contest? That's the one we're watching with great interest right now!
People is out with its list of 10 finalists... and wouldn't you know that a Bravo's Top Chef alum made the list. That chef is alum Louis Maldonado, who competed on Season 11 and is currently preparing to lead the kitchen of a forthcoming Moroccan-Mexican restaurant in San Francisco called Amara.
This isn't the first time he's been noticed for his rakish good looks, by the way — Louis was also crowned "Sexiest Chef in the Bay Area" in 2009 by Eater SF. And yes, he sure can cook, too.
Another Bravoleb is in the running as well: Jordan Andino, a chef who owns the Filipino taqueria Flip Sigi in New York City, competed on the Bravo series Recipe for Deception in 2016. The winner will be announced November 1.
