The Cali mom recently took to Instagram to share all about the Skin Laundry Laser & Light Facial she's been getting done for the past six months. "This facial is great because you are in and out in 20 minutes, and I love it. I’ve totally noticed a difference on my face and my skin," Lydia said. She also shared that the facial has helped with her brown spots and hyperpigmentation.

To give us more insight on the treatment, Lydia even documented a recent trip to the clinic. There, one of the technicians further explained the procedure: "It’s a two-part facial, so the first is a YAG laser that is going to deeply clean your pores remove all dirt and bacteria. The second part is our IPL [Light System], and that works on hyperpigmentation, toning, redness, sun spots, and melasma."

However, for this visit, Lydia decided to try a more intense version of the facial. "Today, you’re doing the LaseMD treatment," the technician explained to Lydia. "This is a three-step treatment, it’s a 30-minute treatment instead, and it's a more thorough cleaning. First we use our YAG laser to prep the skin. That is going to clean out all dirt oil and bacteria. Then we go over it with the LaseMD [a resurfacing laser] that creates microchannels within the skin, and we follow it up with a hydroboost and that’s gonna add hydration."

Once the treatment was over, Lydia shared a glimpse at her complexion. Her skin was bright red, which looked as if it would be pretty painful, but the OC pal shared that the facial "did not hurt at all."

The following day she documented her results, wearing only mascara: "My skin feels really, really soft, it feels like a baby. And it’s not sensitive or anything so it really is no downtime," she said. "I don’t feel like I want to put any makeup on. I’m a huge fan — and I’m definitely going to be doing this at least once a month."

Her skin looked super smooth indeed. It looks like Lydia has found a winner.
