Tamra and Eddie Judge Sell Their "Jinxed" House in Just Three Days
The Real Housewives of Orange County couple are saying bye, bye, bye to their old digs.
Tamra Judge and Eddie Judge are no longer the owners of a home that they considered, well, jinxed. The Real Housewives of Orange County couple have sold their Orange County home (which was listed for $1.779 million), in just three days.
“It just was never a perfect fit for us and when we bought it, I wanted it and Eddie didn’t,” Tamra told Home & Design this week. "He told me this, I’ll never forget it, he’s like, 'I don’t have a good feeling about this house.' And I just felt like our lives were chaotic the entire time we lived in that house and so we just decided, I was like, 'Let’s just sell it.' And it sold in three days. So, everything just fell into place. We were not meant to live there."
Their real estate agent Shelley Black broke the news on Instagram in a post also shared by Tamra in which she shared, "Closed escrow in a record 14 days!"
Luckily, they're not moving far. Tamra and Eddie purchased a nearby six-bedroom, four-bathroom property for $2.095 million, but as of right now, they're still living in the "jinxed" home and renting from the new owners until they move out next month.
"[Eddie] loves the new house," Tamra told us. "And I’m so excited. I am over-the-hills excited"
Us, too, Tamra. We can't wait to see the space next season! (Tune in to RHOC on Mondays 9/8c!)
