Carole Radziwill Shares Her Entire Skincare and Beauty Regimen
The Real Housewives of New York City author is spilling the details on her skincare and makeup must-haves.
Carole Radziwill is a news junkie — but she's also addicted to body oil. "I’m a believer that if you want to take care of yourself and look good, that doesn’t mean that you are not interested in what’s going on in the world. Liking beauty doesn’t mean you’re superficial," The Real Housewives of New York City pal told Into the Gloss. (RHONY airs Wednesdays at 9/8c.)
And like beauty, Carole does: For the rest of her ITG interview, the ABC News alum spilled what she uses on her skin, on her hair — and on her neck. "A thing that everyone should know: you’ve got to bring whatever you’re using down to your neck and décolletage. Think of your neck and chest as part of your face," she said, revealing that she uses SiO Beauty NeckLift Patch as part of her routine.
Also in Carole's skincare arsenal: Kate Somerville's ExfoliKate Cleanser, Dr. Barbara Strum Eye Cream, and Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Daily Peels. After her morning cleansing routine, "I'll put a little Tan Towel on," she says. And at night, sometimes the only product she uses is Augustinus Bader The Rich Cream.
When it comes to makeup, the New Yorker keeps things light and natural-looking. Her go-to products include Charlotte Tilbury's Filmstar Bronze & Glow Face Sculpt & Highlight. "I use the sculpt side as eyeshadow and the highlight in the middle of the lid. It’s really good for everything," Carole said.
She also uses Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks under her eye. "It’s like that look when you wake up in the morning and your makeup is a little smudgy because you had a great night having sex with your boyfriend — that’s what these give you," she said. And for brushes, Carole uses a Sonia Kashuk set from Target.
When it comes to hair care, Carole's hooked on products from Serge Normant. "Serge Normant did Meghan Markle’s hair, but before he did Meghan, he did my hair!," she said, naming the famous stylist's shampoo as a product she uses.
For body products, Carole once took a tip from a famous actress. "It’s funny because I was on a panel once of successful women over 50 or something, and Marlo Thomas was on it as well, and she’s pretty amazing. She said, ‘Honey, it’s all about body oil.’ I don’t know how old she is now, but she looks great. So, body oil, slather it all over," she shared.
She also slathers on an affordable product with an otherworldly-sounding name. "As a cheapie, get a jar of Egyptian Magic. I use it on my elbows. If our elbows faced forward, we'd all go insane. What is going on back there?! We can't see it, so we forget it. I try to always remember."
