Tinsley is known for her ultimate party-girl style. The Virginia-born beauty is rarely seen without a fabulous cocktail frock, a fluttery set of lashes, and — the coup de grace — her tumbling blonde locks.
The Real Housewives of New York City pal has always been fiercely attached to her signature coif. But, that hasn't stopped her friend Carole Radziwill from encouraging Tinsley to try a new hairstyle more than once.
Still, Tinsley needed some convincing. "If you know me well, you know that I would never cut my hair short," the Southern Charm author once told The Lookbook. (Check out the clip above!) Well, it seems that one should never say never.
On March 31, the RHONY pal took to Instagram to (gasp!) show off a brand new 'do. With a platinum-blonde style that ends just past her shoulders, Tinsley has a fresh, modern look that we are all for. Check it out:
"In honor of the new season of #RHONY...I chopped my hair!!" Tinsley wrote to caption the pic. She tagged New York's Oscar Blandi Salon, and also reminded fans that RHONY Season 10 begins on April 4.
If you ask us, a new season of drama and glamour is the perfect excuse for a little tweak in the salon chair. Hmm ... think our stylist can see us today?
