You Forgive but You Don't Forget

Wow! It's episode four already? I can hardly believe how fast time is flying. I am so proud of my husband for developing another amazing brand with The Little Kernel! His partner Andy and his wife Karla are also some of our dearest friends. It was so much fun watching the brand develop and evolve from start to finish. I can't wait for you all to try it. You're going to be obsessed and so are your kids! Follow the brand on social media to keep up with all the Little Kernel updates, store locations, and announcements. It's @TheLittleKernel on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Also, check out the website www.TheLittleKernel.com.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey on Peacock and the Bravo app.

I was happy to see Melissa and Joe's hard work pay off and Melissa's dream come true with the opening of her beautiful new store, Envy. I wish her much success with it. Everyone deserves to be happy and fulfilled.

Dolores' Daughter Is Doing Everything Dolores Should Have Done

Dolores and her kids are just beautiful people inside and out. I adore them. I know you will too! Siggy is just hysterical. I loved the way she wiped the makeup off her daughter as she just stood there in shock, then went to her closet to change her outfit without an argument. That was too easy. "Take that top off, I'm giving it to a two year old!" LOL! Too funny! Sophie said that's how girls that age dress. She may have a point. Gia is practically the same age and she dresses like that. Times have changed I guess. Or have they? I kind of remember wearing my crop tops and Daisy Dukes when I was that age too (with tube socks up to my knees! LOL!)

When Siggy asked me if the "current" rumors in the tabloids about Joe cheating on Teresa were true I told her, "Not that I know of." I had not been around Joe in years to know if that answer was true or not first hand. I know better than to take rumors as facts unless I see it with my own eyes or I hear it straight from the source, so I opted to stay quiet on that topic, regardless of what current rumors I had heard. I advised Siggy not to even ask Teresa about the tabloid rumors because I've learned from the past that Teresa doesn't like to be questioned about them. Even if she is the one giving the information to the tabloids for a little extra money or for any other reason. Teresa feels "attacked" when asked, so I've learned to let it go unless she brings it up.

In the past, I only asked Teresa about the tabloids because I knew she put a lot of the stories out there herself, and I never knew what was true or not true, and I worried about her. I figured if she felt ok talking to the tabloids, then she would be ok talking to me, especially if it cleared up those rumors. I wanted to know that she was ok and also put my mind at ease.

It always baffled me how Teresa acted as if my asking her whether or not the tabloids were true (whether or not there was a possibility of her going to jail) was equal to me bringing up her legal issues, as if I gave away her defense strategy and ruined her case! There were no legal matter details discussed. She oddly dismissed the fact that not only was it all over the tabloids and the media already but also the fact that Teresa, herself, was the first one to discuss her legal matters publicly when she became open about her bankruptcy filing with her attorneys. Everybody was already talking about it. I just wanted to know if she was ok. I had no idea what was about to happen. But I'm guessing now that SHE did, and that is why she was so defensive about the topic at the time. It makes sense now.

Fast forward to Siggy mentioning to me that she wanted to ask Teresa about the tabloids...as you can imagine, it made me uncomfortable. I didn't think it was a good idea, even though I knew it was Siggy's intention to help her with her marriage.

I was shocked but pleasantly surprised to hear Teresa was much calmer and not as defensive about Siggy's inquiry as she had been with mine. I thought maybe now she finally understood why, as a friend, I had asked her about the tabloids that were saying there was a possibility of her going to jail, and that she had finally put it behind her and would never bring it up again. Yeah right. If you haven't seen the previews for next week yet...stay tuned. One step forward, two steps back.

Jacqueline
