But now, the Skinny Italian author has a hue that samples a few different colors, and we're in love with her three-tone coif.
A recent Instagram photo provided a head-on view of the gorgeous color. With her long locks slung over her shoulder, the cookbook author showed off a style that blends dark-brown roots with a light shade of auburn, and then transitions into platinum blonde. It's almost like a grownup spin on unicorn hair. So naturally, we're enchanted.
