Kathy Wakile Changed Her Hair 6 Times in 6 Months for Subtle Yet Stunning Results

Kathy Wakile isn't afraid of taking a risk — or getting a snip. The Real Housewives of New Jersey pizza fanatic has been experimenting with her style over the past several months. But here's the thing: though Kathy is always willing to change up her hairstyle, she keeps her signature hue intact.
In an Instagram post, Kathy's go-to stylist Julius Michael called the Jersey 'Wife "the queen of chocolate brown hair color." Using a highlight reel of her recent looks, the Bravoleb-loved hair guru demonstrated how he had put six subtle variations on Kathy's color using techniques such as balayage, highlights, and gloss. And yes, he also snipped off a few inches somewhere along the line.

Michael used the photos to broadcast a career tip to his fellow stylists. "Never be afraid of changing it up with your clients because ...[if] you get stale with the same boring color month after month or year after year you’ll start losing the passion and love of our craft," he warned.
And if someone is not down for a fresh look? "Sometimes clients won’t let you change it up and it’s OK to say [bye Felicia]," the stylist quipped.
But somehow, we don't think he'll be cutting ties with Kathy anytime soon — just cutting more layers, perhaps.
