LeeAnne Locken Is Making a Drastic Hair Change
Nope, it's not a wig! The Real Housewives of Dallas natural blonde is going back to her roots.
LeeAnne Locken is the ultimate fierce (and feisty) brunette. So it was suprising to learn she's actually a natural blonde. The Real Housewives of Dallas beauty dropped that bomb recently through a throwback modeling photo, and she explained the whole story on The Daily Dish podcast. "I was blonde for 40 years. Most of my career, I was blonde," LeeAnne revealed this summer.
Well, now it looks like LeeAnne might go back to her roots and be a blonde bride this spring!
The model went weave-less this week, showing off her natural hair. But that was just the beginning of her drastic hair change. LeeAnne posted videos yesterday on Instagram Stories from the hair salon, and it seems like peroxide was involved. "Seriously, people put this stuff on this scalp and let me tell you what it feels like: my head is on fire," LeeAnne sang to the tune of that Alicia Keys song.

"It's a process," she repeated to herself, and she was so into her hair that she forgot whether it was #TransformationTuesday or #HumpDayWednesday.
"You know, ya'll this is what happens when you color your hair. You lose f---ing brain cells," she joked.

She hasn't posted the finished photo of her hair after this big dye process is all over, and we can not wait to see the final results!

In the summer on The Daily Dish podcast, LeeAnne compared her experience of being blonde to being brunette, saying: "Everybody thinks you’re nice and sweet when you’re a blonde."
She joked around like that yesterday with her newly dyed light hair, batting her eyes and saying: "I can be sweet and innocent too" with the words "not buying it" written on the screen. New hair, same LeeAnne, clearly!
