After all, as an accountability coach, Teddi is pretty game to share her tips for sticking to a healthful diet. So, we know that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal is all about the salads-to-go — but now, we know exactly what's in her "favorite" salad.

On October 1, which is just a few days before her daughter Slate's birthday, Teddi spilled the tea on Instagram Stories. Showing a photo that had a bag from Sprinkles Cupcakes in the background — and a salad in the foreground — she wrote: "I can't wait to celebrate Slate's birthday with her class today. But first, the Tender Greens Happy Vegan is my fave salad."

The fast-casual chain Tender Greens has locations in California, New York, and Massachusetts. But in case you don't live near one, why not try making the salad at home?

According to the eatery's website, it contains these exact ingredients: farro wheat with cranberry and hazelnuts, quinoa with cucumber and beets, green hummus, tabbouleh, baby greens, and lemon vinaigrette.
