When it comes to the diets of the modelesque pals from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we already know what Erika Girardi eats in a typical day (plus alter ego Erika Jayne's naughty indulgences), and what a "common lunch" looks like for super-fit Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave. So how about Kyle Richards

How to Watch

The Feast chatted with Kyle at a panel discussion to promote her new show American Woman, held at Los Angeles' Larchmont location of the spinning studio Flywheel, and she gave us the intel.

"What’s in my fridge right now?" Kyle mused. "Organic milk, almond milk, kombucha teas, every fruit, berries, because I’m always making my kids eat berries every single day for the antioxidants, Dave's Killer Bread, my favorite — low in carbs, high in fiber, it’s really good."

"In a typical day, for breakfast I will either have scrambled eggs with a corn tortilla and salsa, or I’ll have a [diet protein] shake depending on my day," Kyle said.

"If I’m making food for my kids, it’s eggs, fruit, healthy toast type of thing. For lunch I’ll have a scoop of tuna on lettuce, turkey wrapped in romaine.  Dinner is usually like different kinds of fish, chicken — chicken Milanese."

Beyond that, Kyle has to look no further than an amazing resource available right at her own home. "We always love artichokes, my whole family, and now I’m growing artichokes in my garden — and they’re this tall, which is really exciting! I’m growing kale in there. Artichokes, tomatoes, strawberries, fennel. It’s really exciting."

(She loves to make meals with that kale when her dogs don't dig it up... which recently happened, she said.)

And how about on-the-go snacks? "I have a protein bar in my purse, ThinkThin. i keep that in my purse because if I get too hungry I’ll make a bad choice. So I keep those in my purse for those moments — I’m on the go a lot."
