Yolanda Hadid Raided Daughter Gigi's Closet—And We Can't Blame Her
The model mom shares good taste with her daughter.
Yolanda Hadid's main job these days might be model mom: in addition to supporting supermodel daughters Gigi and Bella, she's set to host a reality TV show with the same name and she she just won a "Mother of the Year" award from Front Row Fashion Awards.
But Yolanda proved that her own fierce modeling days aren't that far in the rearview mirror. She just posted an outfit photo on Instagram, looking super chic in a sleek colorblocked Versace jacket—which she admittedly stole from Gigi's closet.
She fesses up in a winky-face emoticon caption: "When you get caught after shopping in your daughter's closet........"
One of the perks of having two top models in the family must be borrowing pieces from their wardrobes, so we can't blame you for that, Yolanda!
Yolanda must've passed her sense of style to Gigi too, since they both had the same idea when it came to styling the jacket: keep it simple, with a black turtleneck, black pants, and black boots. Here's how Gigi wore the jacket a few months ago, adding wraparound black shades and a black bag. They even have the same power pose in these pics, walking and talking with a smartphone.
Is this jacket going to turn up next on Bella Hadid? Looks like she's eyeing it here. Seems like a safe bet!
