Bella Hadid and Her Dad Are The Cutest Father-Daughter Duo at Cannes

While Hollywood celebs are flocking to the Ice Cream Museum with their kids, the famous families at Cannes are lapping up the sweet stuff on the red carpet. For the opening night of the megawatt film festival, Bella Hadid managed to top last year's look—you may remember this little something racy and red—with a silky new confection. She also had the cutest date.

But first, there was prep work to be done. The model snapped a selfie of her pre-red carpet ritual, showing herself in a pink robe surrounded by Dior makeup artists. As Bella's glam squad expertly dusted on bronzer and perfected her cat-eye, she sipped bubbles from a flute of champagne. (When in France!)

Then—wow—check out Bella's red-carpet arrival. At the opening gala for Ismael's Ghosts, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Daughter stunned in a floor-sweeping, petal-pink gown by Alexandre Vauthier that looked like it was cut for a live-action Jessica Rabbit. She accessorized—as one does in Cannes, or in Titanic—with an enormous blue Bulgari jewel strung around her neck.

Bella's dad, Mohamed Hadid, was her date. Sticking to the festival's legendarily strict dress code, the real estate developer looked spiffy in a bow tie and tux. We often give shout-outs to dazzling mother-daughter duos. But, can we take a moment to acknowledge the gorgeousness of this father-daughter pair? And, things just got sweeter from there. Later in the evening, Mohamed and Bella capped off their evening with some throwback treats.
