Transformed by Keto and Fasting, Jenna Jameson Still "Can't Stop Won't Stop" Eating This
Jenna Jameson has been an outspoken advocate for the Keto diet and intermittent fasting.
Jenna Jameson lost more than 60 pounds since giving birth to her daughter Batel Lu in April 2017, and she's become an outspoken advocate for the Keto diet she followed on her journey — having recently arrived at her goal weight of 123 pounds.
She recently shared some of the food she eats daily — three eggs with cheese and avocado, arugula salad, grilled asparagus or zucchini, a meat dish, and nuts for snacks — as well as her program of intermittent fasting.
And now, in an intimate new post, she's sharing more specifics about what happens when she's not fasting. "Let's talk what a day of eating looks like for me on the 1 day I don’t practice #intermittentfasting," she wrote on Instagram along with side-by-side before-and-after photos she almost "chickened out" before posting.
"I wake up with Batel around 7 am. I immediately chug 1-2 cups of coffee (regular instant) with a scoop of coconut oil and a splash of sugar free creamer (can’t stop won’t stop)."
She added, "In about an hour I make 3 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and a handful of Mexican mixed shredded cheese. I cut an avocado and take half."
After a period of work and putting her daughter down for a nap, she says, "I’m STARVING by then so I throw a ribeye steak in my cast iron skillet and grill it with purple onions and garlic. I serve it over kale. I don’t get enormously hungry for dinner so I usually bake a small fillet of fish (I love sea bass). That's it!"
She noted that she's both celebrating her own transformation as well as hoping it will inspire like-minded fans on their own journeys toward weight loss, health goals, and body positivity. "I get so many requests on what I eat so I may make this a weekly deal to help y’all with your #ketodiet keep me updated on your progress, it makes me happy to hear your wins!"
