Surprise! George Clooney Bartended at the Royal Wedding
At the reception, Amal Clooney's husband dispensed shots, shots, shots!
Amal Clooney's elegant Royal Wedding outfit has made many headlines all around the world, but her husband George Clooney ended up having a very special role at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's reception that no one saw coming.
"George hopped behind the bar and was actually bartending for a bit," an anonymous source gleefully snitched to Entertainment Tonight. "He poured Casamigos drinks and shots and got everyone dancing!" George and friend Rande Gerber (who is the husband of Cindy Crawford) owned Casamigos Tequila until 2017, when they sold it to a British company for a mere $700 million. So there's another across-the-pond connection between the royal wedding guests and their hosts.
According to Today, George wasn't the only celebrity who helped make the reception more fun either: Actor Idris Elba reportedly stepped up to DJ, and Serena Williams led a game of beer pong. Now that sounds like a party!
