Last season on RHOBH, Yolanda got emotional while discussing how much she was missing out on as a mother because of her ongoing struggles with Lyme disease.

Yolanda Is Missing So Many Things

The former model has always been an open book when it comes to discussing her health struggles. She will chronicle all of it in her upcoming book, Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease, slated for release in 2017. "Once I started to uncover the mystery of chronic Lyme disease and the stigma around it, I felt a strong sense of obligation towards the millions of people suffering from this debilitating disease to share my journey and to be a voice for those who can't be heard," she shared about the book earlier this year. Below, she details more about the release.
