Yolanda Hadid Offers an Update on Life After Beverly Hills

Yolanda Hadid looks super fierce on the cover of her September book release, Believe Me: My Battle with the Invisible Disability of Lyme Disease. In fact, the book's cover serves as a subtle reminder that Yolanda has the modeling skills to pay the bills.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

The tome hits retailers on September 12, and she opened up a bit about the release, which will chronicle her journey with Lyme disease, on Instagram. "I am so excited to finally be able to share my story with all of you. 'BELIEVE ME' will be in book stores everywhere on Sept 12 and available for preorder today, link is in my bio. Thank you for your patience and your unwavering support.... I appreciate each and everyone of you, xoxo," she said.

We already know one person who has probably pre-ordered her copy: Gigi Hadid. She showed her support for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom on Instagram, writing, "So proud of my mamma for sharing her story, and excited for all the people this book will help!!!!!!"

Actually all of Yolanda's offspring are celebrating their mom's accomplishment. "Love you momma! So proud of your journey and so proud of you for being able to put it into words and share it with people! " Anwar wrote, with Bella adding more about her mom's struggle to health.

"I'm so proud of you for opening up about a very important and sensitive part of our lives. You didn't choose this path for yourself, nor did you choose to victimize yourself. Instead you continued to raise me, my brother and sister in the best way possible, wrote a book to help all of those suffering around the world, and slowly but surely found your happiness again. Whether that be with Lyme Disease, mental wellness, immune diseases or just being understood in general," she wrote. "I know how hard it was for me to see how much you struggled in the past few years and vice-versa, but to see others constantly judge you and doubt you while you were down was even worse. Hundreds of doctors appointments around the world, uncountable medications and IVs, remedies, the blood, the pain and tears... to help yourself and help people around the world find their voice, find a proper cure and a proper diagnostic. My whole life, I never saw you anything less than 'tough as nails' so every time you would look at me with tears in your eyes, pain in your bones, bruises on your body from all the needles, in the fetal position, and ask me when this would all be over... I would always say "it will be over soon mommy" without never really knowing the answer. Now I can finally say you are coming out of this stronger than ever. Thank you for being so strong and speaking up about our journey. I am so proud and I love you."

Yolanda previously explained what inspired the book, saying, "Once I started to uncover the mystery of chronic Lyme disease and the stigma around it, I felt a strong sense of obligation towards the millions of people suffering from this debilitating disease to share my journey and to be a voice for those who can't be heard."
