Yolanda Foster Puts Rumors About the Cause of Her Divorce to Rest

A week after Yolanda Foster and David Foster announced that they will be divorcing after four years of marriage, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom spoke about the split in her latest Bravotv.com blog following Tuesday night's new episode (in which David makes an appearance). "It is true that David and I have chosen to go our separate ways," Yolanda wrote. "There is nothing easy about this process as it is a loss no matter how you look at it."

Though Yolanda didn't cite a specific reason for the separation, she did put several rumors about the cause of the breakup to rest. "We should all know by now that rumors and what might seem like 'sensational drama' will always trail behind news like this. I can say that the sale of our Malibu home, financial matters nor infidelity played a role in our decision," Yolanda explained in the post. "I accept that speculation is part of what comes with the public lifestyle I have chosen but I am human just like the rest of you."

Ultimately, Yolanda continues to remain positive and optimisitc about the future during this difficult time. "My wish is to get through this time with the great respect we've always had for each other. I want to honor the joy we've shared and focus my strength on my children and my well being," she wrote. "As I always say, one foot in front of the other and one day at a time!"
