When Will Kelly Ripa Pick a LIVE Co-host?

It's been six months since Michael Strahan left his post as Kelly Ripa's co-host on LIVE. And in that time, viewers have seen a number of interesting and unexpected folks sit by her side. However, if you're expecting for her to make a final decision about who will be Michael's official replacement, you might be waiting a little while longer.

"You know we really didn't set a timeframe for ourselves. We just wanted to wait until we found the right person. What we didn't anticipate was that we would have such an outpouring of interest, so our list got very long very quickly," she explained on Watch What Happens Live. "So we've been trying to keep it as narrow as possible, but then people pop up."

But, Kelly admits, she's been having a blast dating around for a new co-host. "We've had a great time. I have to say, I feel really lucky and really embarrassed at our good fortune because it's a fun job to begin with," she said. "It is the best job."
