Lala Kent Says She Is Stepping Away from Vanderpump Rules
"I just don't care to be part of anything like that," the #PumpRules SURver said.
Lala Kent says she is stepping away from Vanderpump Rules. The SUR hostess revealed the decision in a statement to E! News this week.
"I felt like it was too much of a negative impact on my day-to-day life," she said. "There was not enough good to outweigh the bad. I've also worked so hard on my talent as far as singing and acting goes, and no one has really recognized that. It's just been a bunch of s***-slinging. I just don't care to be part of anything like that."
Lala joined Lisa Vanderpump's during Season 4 and has been at the heart of the drama this in Season 5, including a heated face-off with Katie Maloney and the crew in the premiere, and later having to fend off rumors she's dating a married man. She shared with E! that she's continuing to act and working on her EP, "which will have a list of singers and rappers" on the tracklisting. "I'm very excited!" she added.
