Kenya Moore Shares More Details About Her Pregnancy (UPDATED)
The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom-to-be feels "so blessed" to be welcoming her first child.
UPDATE (APRIL 9, 12:10 P.M.): Kenya opened up more about her pregnancy on Instagram Monday. She teased that there "is plenty to share" and that there will be more updates on the way in the future.
She also thanked RHOA fans for all of the kind words they have sent her way following her pregnancy announcement during Part 1 of the reunion Sunday. "My heart is full thank you to everyone for all your well-wishes," she shared on Instagram. "I was not planning on speaking about my pregnancy this early as due to my age I'm high risk."
Kenya ended the message asking for optimism from fans as she prepares to welcome her first child and confirmed that she and her husband did not use a surrogate for this pregnancy. "Right now I want to focus on positivity and having a healthy baby. I do not have a surrogate but definitely would be open to it next time," she wrote. "Please pray for us! God bless you!"

Kenya Moore announced that she's expecting her first child during Part 1 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion Sunday night (clip above), and now she's opening up more about her happy news on social media.
Kenya showed her gratitude for the well wishes and excitement from her fellow Georgia Peaches after she announced her pregnancy at the very top of the RHOA reunion this season. "So sweet of the girls to be so happy for me," she tweeted as the episode aired. "So blessed."
One fan also told Kenya on Twitter that she is "going to be a wonderful mother," to which she replied, "God willing."
When asked by one fan if she and her husband, Marc Daly, were using a surrogate to welcome their little twirl into the world, Kenya said on Twitter, "No surrogate but maybe my next one."
Kenya surprised the RHOA crew and Andy Cohen with her baby news at this season's reunion. “We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late this year,” she shared.
Kenya said she didn't want to reveal much more information about her pregnancy at the reunion because she's “still very nervous about everything.” When Andy asked her if she wants to have a boy or a girl, she said, “I want a healthy baby.”
Of course, the news of Kenya's pregnancy has already spread outside of Atlanta. Everyone from Andy to The Real Housewives of Potomac's Gizelle Bryant to Bravo superfan Jerry O'Connell have sent their love to Kenya during this joyous time.
