UPDATE (MAY 23, 4:47 P.M.): Apparently, Craig had a very emotional reaction when he first heard about Naomie's nose job. When asked on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Monday, May 21 if he liked the results of his ex-girlfriend's recent cosmetic procedure, Craig said, “Honestly? I cried."
Andy Cohen then asked if that was because Craig "liked her old nose better." “Yeah, it was tough,” he explained. “I’m happy for her because she’s happy, but it was just kind of like — it was a lot.”

One of the biggest changes Naomie Olindo has made in her life since breaking up with Craig Conover has been to her appearance. The Southern Charm friend confirmed that she got a nose job earlier this year.
When the subject of Naomie's procedure was brought up to Craig during a recent interview with Decider, he remarked how the move seemed like the official end to their chapter together as a couple. "I think that her getting the nose job kind of closed it for both of us. It just seemed after a while that the person I used to be in love with wasn’t really there anymore," Craig said. "I put all my focus into basically selling and fixing up my house and I’m launching a pillow line and a lifestyle brand, Flawed Creation, and it’s about actually embracing your differences and uniqueness and that’s what gives you your proprietary value and what makes you great. It seems that Naomie’s happy and always wanted to do that so I wish her the best."
Naomie defended her decision to have surgery on her nose to The Lookbook after sharing her after photo on Instagram in mid-February, which you can see, below. "Getting my nose done was something I've wanted since I was eight years old. It's still early in my recovery but I've never been happier. My surgeon, [NYC-based] Dr. [A Joshua] Zimm, did the most amazing job and my only regret is not having done it sooner! Plastic surgery shouldn't be taboo," she explained. "If there's something about yourself that you don't like and you have the opportunity to change it, why wouldn’t you? I did it for me and no one else and want to be as open as possible about it. I'm so happy with my decision and would do it 100 times over."
Craig previously opened up about why he and Naomie ultimately decided to call it quits when The Daily Dish caught up with him in March. "Naomie and I, we had the best of intentions. We were trying to work it out, but after a while we had to accept reality, and I wished things were different. I think we both did. But instead of banging your head against the wall every day, you really have to look in the mirror and be like, 'How long are we gonna keep lying to ourselves?'" he explained. "So fortunately, no one did anything bad. No one stepped out or cheated or anything, so there wasn't really any anger. It was just kind of disappointing and sad."
The Southern Charm lawyer also shared that he and Naomie don't really speak much these days, but he's hopeful they can have a friendship in the future. "There's no reason we shouldn't be friends," he told The Daily Dish. "I still love the girl to death. She's great."
