Kathryn C. Dennis Pays Tribute to Her Children: "Yes I Gave You Life, but Really You Gave Me Mine"
The Southern Charm mom shared a sweet picture of herself with her lookalike daughter, Kensie.
Kathryn C. Dennis opened up on a recent episode of Southern Charm about her bouts with depression and anxiety, something she hopes will be helpful to viewers who may have the same struggles.
She opened up on the Southern Charm After Show about how important her friends are during times like those. "Having this group of girls is the first time I've had a real group of friends that I felt like were a true support system in like five years," she said. "This is like me in a whole new place in life, being vulnerable to allowing any kind of person in my life. It's weird, but it's really, really nice when you get out of your comfort zone and do it."
Kathryn also credits her children for their positive role in her life. She posed for an Instagram picture with her 4-year-old daughter Kensington Calhoun Ravenel and basically gave her all of the credit for her current state of happiness.
"Yes I gave you life, but really you gave me mine," she wrote.
Kensington — or Kensie, as her parents like to call her — is a very glam little lady who just had her first ballet recital. Even with Kathryn's shades on, you can see that Kensie is the light of her life.
