Shep Rose Has Agreed to Babysit Cameran Eubanks' Baby — Under One Condition

With Cameran Eubanks set to welcome her first child later this year, there's no doubt in Shep Rose's mind that his BFF will be an incredible mom. Before she announced her baby news this week, The Daily Dish spoke to Shep earlier this season about the fact that Cameran was toying with the idea of motherhood after having been previously apprehensive about the idea.

"[I'm] sort of envious on a certain level," he said of the Southern Charm real estate agent. "She lives a very good and fun and easy life now. She's grappling with maybe having a child. I think she's gonna do it. I think she'd be great and she's a dork anyway. She stays home anyway, so she might as well just have a little rug rat running around. So I think she's coming around when we talk about it."

Spoiler alert: she definitely warmed to the idea, revealing on Instagram on Wednesday that she and husband Jason Wimberly will welcome a daughter this fall. And Shep can't help but gush about being pals with Cameran and her hubby. He said, "She's the best. We are very, very close friends and I think the world of her and I love her husband. He's a great guy."

Now that Cam and Jason will soon be parents, Shep shared what it might take for him to agree to babysit. "No one's ever asked me to babysit, believe it or not," he said. "But I'm sure I'd do it — as long as they have a phone charger."

Well, even if the whole babysitting thing doesn't work it Cameran did joke on Twitter Shep could potentially play another role in her daughter's life.
