You Need to See the Room Jeff Lewis Designed in Shannon Beador's Home
The Flipping Out designer completed the job in just one day.
Shannon Beador is besties with Jeff Lewis, so when The Real Housewives of Orange County mom moved into her new Corona Del Mar, California crib, she, of course, had to enlist the Flipping Out designer to help make her house a home.
Shannon will show off the fruits of Jeff's labor in the upcoming episode of Open House, but PEOPLE has a sneak peek so we can all drool over the stunning space now. The RHOC pal gives viewers an in-depth look at her great room, which Jeff helped transform into an elegant and chic space. “When we first moved into this house we had zero furniture,” Shannon said on Open House. “With the help of my good friend, interior designer Jeff Lewis, we were able to furnish this room in one day.”
Shannon admitted that Jeff's choice in furniture was a bit of a departure from her usual design sensibilities. “This room features transitional furniture, not the old lady antiques that I had in my old home,” she said. “I’m becoming a modern woman!”
The Beador abode also includes a fabulous bar, a lovely courtyard with a pool, and breathtaking views of Newport Harbor and the Pacific Ocean.
Shannon and Jeff's friendship extends way beyond interior design. "I have a lot of favorite memories with Jeff and all of them include a lot of laughing," Shannon told Bravotv.com of their relationship last year following her appearance on Flipping Out. "Getting driven to a bar with him and he and I sitting in the trunk and having photographers take pictures of our exit with my Spanx showing. Jeff going through my Christmas cards after a few cocktails giving me his comments on the photos. I could go on and on..."
Shannon and Jeff also chat about the occasional (OK, frequent) RHOC drama when they get together, as you can see, below.
