Does Scheana Shay Still Keep in Touch with Mike Shay?
The #PumpRules SURver is "mentally, emotionally, physically" done with her relationship.
Scheana Shay got even more candid about the status of her relationship with ex Mike Shay when she stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. The Vanderpump Rules SURver revealed that she is no longer in contact with Shay.
When Andy Cohen asked Scheana if she and Shay are officially divorced yet, she revealed that she had completely moved on. "I don't have the certificate yet, but mentally, emotionally, physically, in every single way, yes I am," she explained, confirming that it is an uncontested divorce.
Scheana and Shay announced their plans to divorce at the end of November 2016. “While we have made the difficult decision to move forward separately, our story will continue on through the love and mutual respect that we have cultivated throughout our 15-year friendship," the couple said in a joint statement. “We might have failed at our marriage, but we are committed to succeeding as friends and will continue to support each other’s personal happiness and professional success."
Scheana seemed optimistic about her and Shay remaining on good terms in the future when The Daily Dish caught up with her in January. "Things have stayed amicable for the most part," she said. "Maybe one day we can be friends."
