This Is How Ryan Seacrest Will Do All of His Jobs — Including His New LIVE Gig
Somehow he'll find time to do it all.
If you had any doubts that Ryan Seacrest could squeeze his new LIVE with Kelly and Ryan gig into his already jam-packed schedule, then you clearly don't know Ryan Seacrest. After all, this is a man who already juggles 75,000 jobs — approximately. And now we're learning a bit more about how he will handle co-hosting the morning talk show with Kelly Ripa in addition to everything else he does.
“I’ll be [in New York City] during the week and then at the end of the week the show usually isn’t on on Fridays, so I’ll fly back to Los Angeles and work from there,” the former American Idol host told reporters on Monday, the same day it was revealed he'd officially be joining LIVE. “And I have an iHeart studio here in the building, so immediately after LIVE on television, we go live on the radio.”
The new job means that Ryan will make the East Coast a more permanent home. “I think [there’s] nothing really daunting about it,” he noted. “I think just, for me, you know, I’m shifting my life to be on another coast, and I did that 12 hours ago — so I’m still trying to figure out what my address is!”
Shortly after he appeared on LIVE Monday for his first day on the job, his radio show, On Air with Ryan Seacrest, shared on Facebook that nothing was going to change for the program, which broadcasts from Los Angeles, but that it will now also feature Ryan from NYC. "Yes the radio show will continue in LA on 102.7 KIIS FM! No, Ryan Seacrest is not leaving the radio show! Yes, he will be on air from NYC after LIVE with Kelly!"
In addition to LIVE and his radio program, Ryan has a number of other projects on his docket, which according to Entertainment Weekly, include hosting and executive producing E!'s Live from the Red Carpet, his production company RSP (which produces the Kardashian franchise among other programs), and hosting Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. There's also a men's clothing line, Ryan Seacrest Distinction, and his charity work with the nonprofit Ryan Seacrest Foundation.
We wonder what Brian Dunkleman is up to these days...
