Luann de Lesseps Arrested in Florida (UPDATED)
The Real Housewives of New York City star was arrested in Palm Beach.
UPDATE (Dec. 24, 2017, 4:55 p.m.) Luann addressed her arrest in a statement to The Daily Dish: "This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions. I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018."

Luann de Lesseps was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida early Sunday morning. The Real Housewives of New York City star was arrested on charges of battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence, and crimes against a person, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Luann allegedly slammed a door and kicked at least one police officer, an assistant state's attorney told the Palm Beach Post. She also allegedly made threatening comments before she was arrested.
Luann was taken to Palm Beach County Jail and was released without bond on her own recognizance, a judge ruled Sunday. She will also be allowed to return to New York. Luann is due back in court on January 25, 2018.
The RHONY mom married Tom D'Agostino nearly a year ago in a wedding in Palm Beach on December 31, 2016. Luann announced her plans to divorce Tom on Twitter on August 3. The couple has since agreed to an amicable divorce. “I thank my family and friends for their support during this time," Luann told The Daily Dish in a statement in October. "I’m ready to move on to my next chapter."
