Take a Look Inside Bethenny Frankel's Gorgeous SoHo Apartment ... Complete with One Sassy Neon Sign
The Real Housewives of New York City mogul shows off her glam pad — which she renovated to perfection.
If Bethenny Frankel loves to do anything, it's renovate incredible homes to their full-glam potential (proof above). And that can definitely be said of her 4,000-square-foot SoHo apartment, which she put sweat equity into to make into the fab place you see today.
“People think it was a gut job, but the bones of the kitchen, the bathrooms, the plumbing — it’s all intact,” she shared with Architectural Digest, giving the publication a sneak peek inside the enviable home. “It’s like taking plain hummus and adding lemon zest and herbs. Now it’s yours."
The two-bedroom loft-like space includes multiple fireplaces, dressing and glam rooms, and is conveniently located right near her Skinnygirl offices. She noted, “I wasn’t even looking to move but this was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up."
The home is outfitted with the finest home decor, like mirrors and metallic details throughout that are both feminine and modern — and, yes, a sassy sign located in an office/library space that reads: "I know it all." And Bethenny even joked about knowing which of her The Real Housewives of New York City pals she might expect to want to come over for a sleepover: “Tinsley [Mortimer] won’t be crashing here.”

Having a home fit for a queen and her 7-year-old princess, Bryn, was especially important for Bethenny as she explained that she really does love spending most of her time at home with her daughter. “I am sort of antisocial, which people are shocked by because of my personality,” she said. “But I don’t really go out much. I’m 90 percent homebody, 10 percent lunatic.”
