Porsha Williams' Palatial Pad Makes Her Feel "Blessed"
The #RHOA homeowner breaks down why she loves her house so much.
The crew of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is all about real estate this season. Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, and Shereé Whitfield have all been about finding and finishing up their dream homes this season. Porsha Williams also carved out her own little place at her spacious home outside of Atlanta. The radio host's abode sits at 10,000 square feet and includes 5 bedrooms. She paid $1.4 million for it and, to her, it was worth every penny.
"So I'm super excited about it. My sister, Lauren, and I were shopping around for a long time," she shared with The Daily Dish, revealing why she decided to move outside of the city limits instead of embracing the fast-paced life within it. "She was like, 'Girl, you're single. Get a place in the city.' And I'm like, 'You know what? I'm used to living outside of the city.' I like quiet. I mean I work a lot. When I'm off, I like to be off. And one thing I can say about my house is it's really secluded and I'm just in a whole 'nother world. I just completely enjoy it."
Porsha's spacious home, which she bought last year, might be too much for some, but it's just the right size for her. "I got exactly what I wanted and I use my home — whether people say it's too big for just one person or not — I use my home as something to inspire me," she said. "Every day I walk down my steps and I look around at what I have and what I'm blessed with. I feel proud when I go to work. It makes me want to give my all, so that's what it means to me."
