NeNe Leakes Lays Down the Law on 'Fashion Police'
Talking trash turns towards celebrity style for the Atlanta housewife.
NeNe Leakes is a woman of many skills -- and that's not even including her outspoken nature as one of those said skills. She's a reality star thanks to Real Housewives of Atlanta, a businesswoman, an ambitious actress, and judging by her confident turn on E!'s Fashion Police on Friday night, NeNe's a style critic in the making.
Sitting with FP regulars Joan Rivers, Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopolous, NeNe jumped right into the mix during her appearance, giving her blunt-but-fair assessments of outfits worn by some of Hollywood's leading ladies. For instance, despite being a big fan, NeNe wasn't feeling Janet Jackson's outfit from the AmFAR event she attended earlier that week.
"I love Janet and I hate saying this, but I don't like the slit here and slit there. But two of them? I don't know," she said of Miss Jackson's white gown. And Janet wasn't the only musician to feel the wrath of NeNe's style scourge, as singer Jessie J -- according to NeNe -- looked "like she's wearing a high-heeled Ugg boots." In case you were wondering, that's not a compliment.
NeNe's inaugural Police appearance had her excited throughout the week, as she even threw up a picture from auditions onto her WhoSay account.
