NeNe Leakes Addresses the Speculation Around Kim Fields' Hubby
The #RHOA pal weighs in on all the drama on #WWHL.
The rumors about Kim Fields' husband's sexuality hit the fan this week on Real Housewives of Atlanta as the actress/director was confronted by the women regarding the things they read about her husband of nearly a decade, Broadway actor Christopher Morgan. Kim was understandably heated when they brought it up during their trip to Jamaica and defended her husband to the group. When NeNe Leakes stopped by Watch What Happens Live on Sunday she weighed in on all the speculation.
"Let me just say, there was something that happened on the bus. On the real bus in Jamaica, that was never seen on the show that Phaedra, myself, and Porsha were talking about," NeNe explained to Andy Cohen. "Like we had a little run-in with Chris. We did, and Chris apologized later. So I think that’s where our comments were coming from, I want to say that." NeNe further elaborated that she has since spent more time with Chris earlier this month.
"Secondly, I also want to say, Chris was recently at my home. He was there at my home during [the] Super Bowl. I do not think that Chris is gay," she said. "Now if I think you’re gay, I’ll say it. But I don’t think Chris is gay at all. I want to be clear about that. I don’t think Chris is gay."
