Melissa Gorga Admits She Was "Shocked" to Hear Teresa Giudice Say This About Joe Giudice
RHONJ fans aren't the only ones to notice a change in Teresa Giudice.
Whether you've been watching Teresa Giudice on The Real Housewives of New Jersey or reading her new book, Standing Strong, you might have noticed something different about the Real Housewife. She's really opening up about her feelings — especially when it comes to husband Joe Giudice, as you can see in the clip above.
But fans aren't the only ones to take notice of this change in Teresa. During an interview with The Daily Dish podcast, Melissa Gorga says she was surprised to hear her sister-in-law finally express anger toward Joe.
"I was in shock that she actually said it out loud," said Melissa. "I think I know how she feels, but that she's starting to say things out loud was shocking for me, just because it's not usual. It's not the norm from her."
Melissa also said that in the past Teresa has put on a "facade" to hide her true feelings, but that now her newfound rawness has positively affected her life.
"I think it's doing her a lot of good, actually, because it's hard to hold all these feelings inside, and then eventually you're going to explode. And so she hasn't exploded as much lately, which is good."
