Josh Altman and Heather Bilyeu Altman Are Expecting Baby No. 2
The MDLLA couple are prepping for another little one in the near future.
Watch out L.A, the Altmans are about to go from a family of three -- to a family of four. Josh Altman and Heather Bilyeu Altman have shared that they are expecting baby No. 2. The Daily Dish confirmed the news on Wednesday (January 9), the same day they confirmed the happy news to Extra.
”Bravo we wanted you to be one of the first to know, of course, cause you are apart of the family,” Josh shared, with Heather by his side. “Should we tell ‘em? I guess, let’s tell ‘em… We’re pregnant.”
They became first-time parents in April 2017 to a daughter, Alexis Kerry Altman, one year after marrying in a dreamy Aspen ceremony back in April 2016.
And given how good for business little Alexis has been for the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent, we're sure her real estate parents can't wait to expand their little family. "So since I have had my baby daughter, we've sold more real estate in the past six months than we've ever sold in our entire life," Josh shared with The Daily Dish with a little laugh back in November 2017. "I don't know if that's changed me, but let's put it this way: in the past 100 days, we've sold $200 million worth of real estate. So I don't know if she's my good luck charm or what, but it's working well."
He added, "But as a person, how has it changed me? Your priorities change very quick and you realize what's important in life. She's the best. I love rushing home and hugging her and holding her and kissing her. And I can't wait for all the new experiences of her growing up. And I hope it doesn't happen too fast, 'cause that's what everybody tells me — it happens too fast."
As for Heather settling into life as a mom, well, it sounds like she's welcomed the role with open arms alongside her career as a real estate agent. "Heather's a champ. I don't know how she did it. I don't know how any moms do it after seeing her go through pregnancy and the first six months. She is amazing... I just give her more props. She is so good at what she does and she is an amazing mother and I'm so excited that our daughter has a mom like her because she loves the baby so much. It's fun for us. We're having a great time doing it."
He noted at the time, "Heather's still crushing deals — but now she's doing it with one hand instead of two because she has Lexi in one hand and a phone in the other," he said. "She sold over $60 million last year and is gonna do the same at least this year. She was closing deals two days before she gave birth and a week after... She is a f--king boss. She deals with me which makes her the top agent in the entire planet, if you ask me."
In fact, there are now many, many Altmans. Josh's brother, Matt Altman, welcomed twins back in May 2018.
