Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd Team Up to End Dog Abuse in China
"Together we can stop Yulin forever," the #RHOBH and #PumpRules couple says.
It’s clear that Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, are big-time animal lovers. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple recently hosted a charity event to raise awareness and honor their beloved four-legged-friends, and now they're actively promoting their own charity, Stop Yulin Forever. The organization is aimed at drawing attention to dog abuse at the Yulin Dog Meat Festival in China. In an emotional video, Ken (with Giggy by his side) explains the severity of the situation and invites everyone to join their peaceful march on World Animal Day, October 4, to protest Yulin.
Lisa goes on to explain how much of an impact her dogs have had on her life. "As a passionate dog lover and a person who has been an adamant supporter of our four legged friends, I have come to a place in my life where I have found that my seven dogs have become my actual children – each with their own voice, their own soul," she says on their website. "And they each hold a very special and dear place in my heart." She also notes that there's no monetary commitment necessary to join the fight. "We do not need your money – just your support," she says. "Together we can stop Yulin Forever."
